King Hussein Business Park (KHBP) held its very first town hall meeting, bringing together its entire community from businesses, strategic partners, and staff. This unprecedented move for Jordan’s real estate development and special economic zones sector reflects the Business Park’s commitment to transparency, innovation, and fostering a collaborative business environment built on a unified vision.
Held at the Business Park’s main auditorium, The Domain, the event opened with an inspiring documentary showcasing KHBP’s journey from a royal vision to an integrated business destination that embraces entrepreneurship, supports innovation, and welcomes local, regional, and global communities in a space that blends modernity with authenticity.
Ammar Izziddin, Chief Executive Officer of the King Hussein Business Park, delivered a detailed presentation on its key initiatives and future projects, including ongoing efforts in digital transformation, infrastructure development, and user experience enhancements. He outlined the Business Park’s future expansion plans and marketing strategy aimed at attracting quality investments to reinforce its position as a global and regional multi-sector business hub.
During the town hall meeting, Izziddin highlighted several significant improvements, including the development of smart transportation services within KHBP, improved accessibility for people with disabilities, the launch of a new website, and the activation of AI-powered automated response systems in collaboration with Smart Serve.
The event highlighted the various collaborative projects that the King Hussein Business Park is implementing, which include the development of a virtual version of the complex in collaboration with Hydra, the corporate mail project with Jordan Post, and efforts to attract quality investments in collaboration with Jordan Source. Additional initiatives presented included the opening of the government services center in partnership with the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship and the launch of the food trucks initiative with the King Abdullah II Fund for Development.
The meeting also showcased community-focused programs such as “Weekend Festivals at the Business Park” alongside sustainability and green transformation initiatives. During the event, Dr. Ihab Mashal of Mind Clinic was honored for launching a program to rehabilitate and employ people with disabilities within the KHBP’s companies, in cooperation with the Higher Council for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
The CEO emphasized KHBP’s commitment to continuously develop its services and interactive platforms to support tenants and enhance their competitiveness in line with global trends in innovation and sustainability. He noted that true partnership begins with listening and engaging with the community, which is the purpose of this and future meetings.
