King Hussein Business Park and The Luxury Pavilions Real Estate LLC (Pavilions) have signed a long-term investment and development agreement to establish a multi-use commercial complex at KHBP in Amman. The project comprises three floors of restaurants, cafés and retail stores housed within a contemporary building, surrounded by landscaped outdoor spaces designed in accordance with green building standards.

The project forms part of KHBP’s expansionary vision to build a fully integrated ecosystem that seamlessly combines a dynamic business environment with support services within a modern destination. It also marks the beginning of a long-term strategic partnership with Pavilions to deliver a landmark development that will further enrich KHBP’s amenities and services, strengthen its appeal to leading businesses and top talent and provide a more comprehensive experience for the business community and visitors alike.

Construction is expected to begin upon signing and completion of required approvals, with the project scheduled to open next year.
